Nicole is a pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) who is passionate about providing compassionate, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming care for children and their families. She believes in building strong relationships with children and their families, and values working together to support each child’s unique strengths, goals, and participation in everyday life.

Nicole has worked in a variety of pediatric settings, including the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), inpatient pediatrics, and community practice. Throughout her career, she has supported children with a wide range of developmental differences, complex medical needs, and feeding challenges, including infants with complex feeding and swallowing needs. She enjoys partnering with families to help children develop the skills and confidence to engage in the activities that are most meaningful to them.

Nicole completed her Master of Occupational Therapy at the University of British Columbia after earning her undergraduate degree in Community Rehabilitation and Disability Studies from the University of Calgary. She is committed to lifelong learning and has completed additional training in pediatric feeding, sensory processing, and self-regulation, allowing her to bring evidence-informed and family-centred approaches to her practice.

When she’s not at work, Nicole enjoys spending time outdoors. Whether she’s trail running, skiing, or exploring the local mountains, she loves staying active and taking advantage of everything the North Shore has to offer.
