A Low-Sensory Retreat for Rest and Regulation
A space where calm meets care, right here on the North Shore.
Our Space: Grove Room
Built for Peace and Protection
The Grove Room is a low-stimulation therapy space, intentionally designed to meet the needs of children who feel overwhelmed by noise, light, or too much activity. Inspired by the soft stillness of a shaded forest grove, this room is a gentle haven—supporting regulation, emotional safety, and deep rest.
Designed for Sensory-Sensitive Support
Whether a child is recovering from a hard day, working through big emotions, or simply needing a break from stimulation, the Grove Room provides the comfort they need to feel grounded.
Used across disciplines—from Occupational Therapy to Speech and Counselling—this space allows therapy to move at the child’s pace, in a setting that respects their nervous system. Gentle lighting, soft textures, and minimal visual input create an environment that honors stillness and sensitivity.
