Rachel Lager
Occupational Therapist (OT)

I'm Rachel! I am a dedicated occupational therapist passionate about providing high quality, collaborative care. I take a strengths-based approach, focusing on each child’s unique abilities to empower them in their developmental journey. With a foundation built on trust, compassion, and fun, I strive to meet teens and families where they are, supporting them in developing independence, confidence, and joy in daily life. I am passionate about supporting neurodivergent teens and adults, integrating evidence-based practices with creative and fun approaches.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Kinesiology from Western University in 2018, followed by a post-graduate certificate in Gerontology from Fanshawe College. I later returned to Western to complete my Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2021.

Beyond my professional work, I am deeply reflective and value growth and authenticity. I enjoy hiking, connecting with friends, testing my knowledge in trivia, and journaling by the ocean. You can catch me on the mountain where I am a volunteer with Vancouver Adapted Snow Sports.
