Hi, I’m Rachel!

I’m an occupational therapist passionate about providing high-quality, collaborative, and neurodivergent-affirming care for teens and young adults. I take a strengths-based, relationship-first approach, supporting clients to better understand their nervous systems, emotional regulation, and sensory experiences so they can feel more confident and capable in daily life.

I have lived experience with ADHD, which informs my work and allows me to deeply understand the challenges that can come with emotional regulation, executive functioning, burnout, and feeling “out of sync” with expectations. I work alongside neurodivergent teens and young adults to explore what works for them, helping to develop practical strategies that honour their individuality rather than trying to force one-size-fits-all solutions.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Kinesiology from Western University in 2018, followed by a post-graduate certificate in Gerontology from Fanshawe College. I later returned to Western to complete my Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2021.

Outside of my professional work, I value reflection, growth, and authenticity. I enjoy hiking, connecting with friends, trivia nights, and journaling by the ocean. In the winter months, I volunteer on the mountain with Vancouver Adaptive Snow Sports (VASS) as a snowboard instructor!

Availability: In clinic Mondays, and limited availability for home-based visits.
