Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team in North Vancouver and help our existing SLP tackle our growing waitlist! This is a unique opportunity to be part of a clinic from the ground up, helping to shape our programs and contribute to a collaborative, affirming, and community focused culture.

Compensation: $90.00-CA$120.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment, treatment planning, and intervention for children with speech, language, voice, fluency, and social communication needs.

  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, counsellors, music therapist and families to create holistic, individualized therapy plans.

  • Maintain clear and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  • Offer parent/caregiver coaching to support skill development at home.

  • Contribute ideas for clinic programming, workshops, and community outreach.

 

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Current registration (in good standing) or eligible for registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC).

  • Experience working with children in clinic, school, or community settings.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Commitment to inclusive, neurodiversity affirming practice.

  • RASP an asset but not required.
