Whether you're a parent or a kid, we've got you
Starting therapy can bring big feelings. This is your guide to what comes next—clear steps, caring support, and a space built for comfort and connection.
What to Expect at Little Peak
Starting something new? You’re not alone.
We know that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re trying to figure out what your child needs and how to help. That’s why we’ve made the process simple, warm, and full of clarity from the very first step.
At Little Peak Therapy, we walk alongside you with care, not judgment. Whether you're here with questions, curiosity, or a quiet hunch that something’s off, you're in the right place.
Are You a Parent?
You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. Whether you’re feeling curious, concerned, or completely overwhelmed, we’re here to guide you through it with compassion and clarity.

Are You a Kid?
You're not here to be fixed. You're here to grow, explore, and feel understood—just as you are. Therapy at Little Peak is all about play, stories, movement, and learning how to handle big feelings in ways that feel right for you.
What to Expect as a Kid
Whether you're feeling shy, excited, nervous, or curious, it's all okay. We're here to help you feel safe, supported, and totally yourself.

How We Begin
Our first connection is often a 15-minute discovery call or intake session. It’s a chance to tell us what’s on your mind, ask questions, and get a feel for how we work. No diagnosis or referral is needed—just a sense that your child might benefit from support.
We’ll talk about your goals, challenges, and how we might move forward together. You don’t need to have it all figured out. We’ll guide you, step by step.
How We Support Families Like Yours
